License Regulator

About License Regulator

So businesses can grow faster and governments can operate smarter. We're solving one of the most fragmented, high-impact challenges in America: 109,000+ municipalities, each with its own rules, licenses, and laws.

Why We Built This

Every city, county, and state depends on license revenue. But the systems built to collect it haven't kept up. Businesses slip through the cracks, revenue goes uncollected, and the agencies responsible are stuck with manual processes and disconnected tools.

We started License Regulator because we believed licensing shouldn't be a barrier to progress. Not for the businesses trying to stay compliant and not for the governments trying to enforce the rules fairly. Our technology finds what's missing, brings businesses into compliance, and runs quietly under your agency's own brand. The goal is simple: help governments collect what they're owed so that money goes back into the communities that need it.

Our Principles

What Guides Us

01

Public service comes first

Every feature we build starts with a question: does this make government work better for the people it serves?

02

Earn trust through transparency

We give agencies full visibility into how our platform works, what data we touch, and what results we deliver.

03

Deploy in weeks, not years

Government technology shouldn't require a two-year RFP process. We meet agencies where they are and go live fast.

04

Let the data do the enforcing

Compliance is more effective when it's consistent, automated, and evidence-based. We take the guesswork out.
